Another thing that will help guarantee your success with working online is to find something YOU ACTUALLY ENJOY DOING!!
I mean if you are going to work for yourself don't become another slave to money. Let the money run to you from the positive enrgy you are putting into your daily work. Yes, there are somethings we don't like doing much, papar work for one..or emptying my inboxes full of junk mails, but on the whole I love writing, so if this is earning me some moola, then all the better.
Now I have had the flu for the last few days and a migraine to boot, so I haven't been able to do much work, but at least, being self employed I don't have anyone on top of mne telling me what to do, but on the down side if I work less, well I may earn a little less. Working online it is best to build a portfolio of investments and jobs, so you are never stuck if one of your ventures ever goes pear shaped.
But please, please, find something that makes you happy. I never knew that in my old age I would get geeky, but boy it is fun and every day I am dying to learn more about computing and converting my knowledge into $$$$$$$$$$$$!
