The Tracker.

I added a tracker on google documents and it is very easy to maintain. It is really worthwhile plotting and charting your expenses and income as it really helps you to control any unnecessary spending. We are going into deep and difficult times and saving money is like making money. For instance we as a family have cut down on meat and eat more green veggies. It is healthier and also saves a few dollars here and there.
I really now watch what I buy, even in the food section as we cannot even contemplate about wasting anything. With this looming food crisis I feel awful just at the thought of throwing anything away. So my advice to anyone is to get a tracker to record their income and expenditure and you will see how much you can save by not wasting your money on stuff that at the moment you don't need.
